PRPF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC19A3, FAXDC2, and RANP5. Each is linked with PRPF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF6-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC19A3 grouped by PRPF6-low versus PRPF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
