PRPF39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF39-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, MTA1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with PRPF39 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF39-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF39→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
