Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF38B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,847 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF38B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SASS6, RBM15, and KNTC1. Each is linked with PRPF38B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF38B-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF38B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF38B versus SASS6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF38B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF38B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
