PRPF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX59, GATAD2B, and SETDB1. Each is linked with PRPF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF3-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRPF3 versus DDX59 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
