Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPF18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRPF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with PRPF18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF18-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by PRPF18-low versus PRPF18-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
