Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6L11P, RNU6-648P, and RNA5SP35. Each is linked with PROZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROZ-to-partner and partner-to-PROZ results are reported.
