Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMC1, FCGRT, and NMT1. Each is linked with PROX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX2-to-partner and partner-to-PROX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROX2 versus DMC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
