PROX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,635 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROX1_S511, PROX1_S179, and PROX1_S199. Each is linked with PROX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX1-to-partner and partner-to-PROX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROX1 versus PROX1_S511 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
