Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,594 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEMIP, TRIM24, and BCL2L15. Each is linked with PROX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX1-to-partner and partner-to-PROX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROX1 versus CEMIP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
