Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,988 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD207, SCN4B, and UBE2T. Each is linked with PROX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX1-to-partner and partner-to-PROX1 results are reported.
