The most reproducible PROX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with PROX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX1-to-partner and partner-to-PROX1 results are reported.
