PROX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,237 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HES6, KCNH2, and FOXA2. Each is linked with PROX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX1-to-partner and partner-to-PROX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROX1 versus HES6 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
