Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,728 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endocardium formation, Ventricular cardiac muscle cell development, and Regulation of forebrain neuron differentiation. Each is linked with PROX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX1-to-partner and partner-to-PROX1 results are reported.
