PROX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf66, KRTAP6-1, and CCT8L2. Each is linked with PROX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROX1-to-partner and partner-to-PROX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf66 grouped by PROX1-low versus PROX1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
