PROSER3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,407 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCB, SAE1, and UBA2. Each is linked with PROSER3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER3-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROSER3 versus TBCB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
