PROSER3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND3P9, MIR147A, and MIR4674. Each is linked with PROSER3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER3-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND3P9 grouped by PROSER3-low versus PROSER3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
