Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROSER3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,445 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of RNA localization, Positive regulation of cilium assembly, and RNA localization. Each is linked with PROSER3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER3-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER3 results are reported.
