PROSER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROSER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC8, MSGN1, and TAFA1. Each is linked with PROSER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER2-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 grouped by PROSER2-low versus PROSER2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
