PROSER2-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,465 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROSER2, PROSER2_S18, and PROSER2_S31. Each is linked with PROSER2-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER2-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER2-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
