PROSER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,753 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIS3, GTF2F2, and KPNA3. Each is linked with PROSER1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER1-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROSER1 versus DIS3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
