Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROSER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, CENPU, and MACROH2A1. Each is linked with PROSER1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER1-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROSER1 versus CENPF in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
