Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROSER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,627 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, and Ribosomal protein import into nucleus. Each is linked with PROSER1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER1-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER1 results are reported.
