Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRORP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRORP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, STRN3, and SNX5. Each is linked with PRORP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRORP-to-partner and partner-to-PRORP results are reported.
