Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,949 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Protein-containing complex localization, and Vesicle localization. Each is linked with PROP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROP1-to-partner and partner-to-PROP1 results are reported.
