Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6130, RNF166, and KCNG1. Each is linked with PROP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROP1-to-partner and partner-to-PROP1 results are reported.
