Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, JNK2, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PROP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROP1-to-partner and partner-to-PROP1 results are reported.
