PROP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 380 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2CD3, AHNAK2, and PCDHGA2. Each is linked with PROP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROP1-to-partner and partner-to-PROP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2CD3 grouped by PROP1-low versus PROP1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
