Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1J. Each is linked with PROP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROP1-to-partner and partner-to-PROP1 results are reported.
