Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,824 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM29, MPZL2, and PTK6. Each is linked with PROM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM2-to-partner and partner-to-PROM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROM2 versus TRIM29 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
