PROM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,841 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf174, DR1, and TTC33. Each is linked with PROM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM2-to-partner and partner-to-PROM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf174 grouped by PROM2-low versus PROM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
