PROM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,079 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SESTD1, FNBP1L, and RHPN2. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROM1 versus SESTD1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
