PROM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,278 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC12A2_S77, MYO5C, and MED28. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROM1 versus SLC12A2_S77 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
