Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,738 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM29, CA8, and CD200R1. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROM1 versus TRIM29 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
