Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FDX1P2, FAM96AP1, and RNU6-362P. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FDX1P2 grouped by PROM1-low versus PROM1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
