Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, TFRC, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.
