PROM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,448 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAPT1, SH3BGRL2, and SCIN. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROM1 versus TAPT1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
