The most reproducible PROM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of bone development, Protein transport within lipid bilayer, and Keratinocyte development. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.
