PROM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL22, SLC6A18, and OR4S1. Each is linked with PROM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM1-to-partner and partner-to-PROM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL22 grouped by PROM1-low versus PROM1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
