PROKR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROKR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,057 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAF, LONP1, and IGKV6D-21. Each is linked with PROKR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROKR2-to-partner and partner-to-PROKR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OAF grouped by PROKR2-low versus PROKR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
