Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROKR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROKR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3, SPZ1, and RNASE3. Each is linked with PROKR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROKR2-to-partner and partner-to-PROKR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D3 grouped by PROKR2-low versus PROKR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROKR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROKR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
