Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRODH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,994 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRODH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, KIF21A_S1212, and MANF. Each is linked with PRODH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRODH-to-partner and partner-to-PRODH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRODH versus PPP1R18 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRODH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRODH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
