Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRODH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,755 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRODH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SC5D, GAREM1, and SRD5A3-AS1. Each is linked with PRODH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRODH-to-partner and partner-to-PRODH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRODH versus SC5D in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRODH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRODH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
