Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,715 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3, ITGA5, and LUZP1. Each is linked with PROCR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROCR-to-partner and partner-to-PROCR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROCR versus PLS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
