Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROCR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,595 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB1, LILRB5, and TGFBI. Each is linked with PROCR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROCR-to-partner and partner-to-PROCR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROCR versus STAB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
