Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROCR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PROCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-445P, MIR6803, and ARL2BPP2. Each is linked with PROCR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROCR-to-partner and partner-to-PROCR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-445P grouped by PROCR-low versus PROCR-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
