Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,606 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSC5D, SH3BGRL2, and CAMP. Each is linked with PROC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROC-to-partner and partner-to-PROC results are reported.
