PROC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PROC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,300 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with PROC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROC-to-partner and partner-to-PROC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway grouped by PROC-low versus PROC-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
