PRNT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are KARS1, RN7SL356P, and URGCP-MRPS24. Each is linked with PRNT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRNT-to-partner and partner-to-PRNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KARS1 grouped by PRNT-low versus PRNT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
