Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRNP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,144 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRNP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1C, FLNA_S1459, and LGALS1. Each is linked with PRNP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRNP-to-partner and partner-to-PRNP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRNP versus CORO1C in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRNP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRNP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
