PRND

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRND protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRND-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01852, EGFLAM-AS2, and MYCT1. Each is linked with PRND in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRND-to-partner and partner-to-PRND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRND versus LINC01852 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRND→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
